With a tradition of more than 30 years in the administration of Undertakings for Collective Investment (UCI), the Degroof Petercam Group relies on the expertise of Degroof Petercam Asset Services (DPAS) to provide and develop a complete range of services more commonly known as Asset Services.

DPAS is a Luxembourg company, supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). DPAS is a Management Company created under Chapter 15 of the law of 17 December 2010 and is authorized to provide collective management services as well as ancillary services to Luxembourg UCITS, AIF, SIF and RAIF funds. DPAS also has the appropriate passport to serve funds under Belgian law of the UCITS and AIFF type (including institutional SICAVs).

We offer a complete range of services covering the entire value chain of investment fund services: structuring, domiciliation, central administration, registration, risk management, governance, supervision of the distribution network, foreign exchange hedging and, if necessary, asset management if our client does not have the equivalent authorisation for collective management.

In collaboration with Banque Degroof Petercam Luxembourg (BDPL), we also offer depositary oversight, custody and trading room services.

In addition to this integrated approach, we also offer our services in an unbundled way, namely central administration (necessarily combined with BDPL's custodian bank services), risk management for external management companies or self-managed UCIs as well as currency hedging on the liabilities side of UCIs.
