DPF Award
: encouraging social innovation
Each year, the Foundation selects and funds the most ambitious social initiatives to promote sustainable employment in the European Union. The DPF Award, worth €1 million, is presented to a winning organization, along with personal support over five years. Previous winners include DUO for a JOB, a Belgian organization that links young jobseekers from a migrant background with experienced mentors.
In 2024, the "ETRE Network" was honored. This French training network offers young people vocational training in jobs that contribute to the ecological transition. The Degroof Petercam Foundation not only rewards excellence, it also cultivates it.

Lab programme
: finding consensual solutions
In Belgium, the Foundation's new Lab programme aims to solve employment problems in innovative ways. For example, an in-depth survey on the theme of "parenthood and work" was launched in May 2024 to find consensual solutions.
