Since the integration of our HR information system in 2019, we have introduced various modules to enhance mobility for our employees. One such custom tool, implemented in 2021, will allow 840 colleagues to allocate their mobility budget not only towards low-CO2 emission cars, but also towards more sustainable alternatives such as public transport and shared mobility.

We recognize that mobility is a significant issue in the ecological transition, and we are committed to continually improving our offerings. The Federal Mobility Budget, mandated by the government, encourages our employees to reconsider their travel methods. They now have the option to allocate their budget towards soft mobility solutions (like cycling) or shared mobility (public transport, car sharing). Additionally, a contribution is provided towards accommodation costs for employees residing within a 10 km radius of their workplace.
